Fed Unlikely to Affirm Rate Increase

The Fed is almost certain to leave rates unchanged when it meets and may not raise rates before the fall, unless the inflation outlook deteriorates considerably. But an increase in August can"t be ruled out, as a raft of data, including two jobs reports and several gauges of inflation, will be released by then.
